Sansiri Plc, a property developer, plans to introduce a new Thai voice-enabled smart assistant for their Sansiri Home Service mobile application. The company adopted technology from Amazon Web Services, the on-demand cloud computing platform under Amazon.com, with a wide range of offerings, including AI for consumer living. "With 35 years of experience in the Thai property market, we have observed rapid changes in customer lifestyles during the digital era," said Mr Tawicha. Chawapol Jariyawiroj, the Thailand manager for Amazon Web Services, said Sansiri is the first property business to embrace Amazon Web Service's AI, as well as the first firm in the country to use the Thai language. Intelligent Amazon technology will also be used to enhance Sansiri's sales, business and service capabilities, he said.
